  • January 2025 — After a multi-week bench trial, Claassen Law Corp.’s clients receive a judgment of $1.17 million including punitive damages but excluding costs and attorney’s fees in San Francisco County Superior Court on a shareholder direct action for breach of fiduciary duty, elder financial abuse, and receiving stolen property (California Penal Code 496). The defendant was found to have violated the rights of his elderly aunt and uncle, whose trust was a non-controlling 50 percent owner of a family business.

  • December 2024 — Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. unilaterally drops a proceeding in the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board to a client’s trademark registration pending in the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board.

  • October 2024 — A unanimous jury verdict after a three week trial in Santa Clara County in favor of Claassen Law Corp.’s client was affirmed by the 6th District Court of Appeal.

  • June 2024 — Representing a former employee of an East Coast cryptocurrency start-up, Claassen Law Cop. obtained a great settlement after a delay in the payment of the client’s incentive compensation in the form of a crypto-currency with a volatile priced caused a big loss.
